Edward D. Bewayo is a professor of management in the department of Management, currently teaching courses in management processes, human resources management, entrepreneurship, small business management and family business courses. His current academic research focuses on business plan concepts, family business, international entrepreneurship, and economic development in Africa. He is a member of the United States Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, the International Council of Small Business, the Academy of Entrepreneurship, the North East Business and Economics Association, and Society for Global Business and Economic Development. He has reviewed and presented papers under the auspices of these organizations.
Dr. Bewayo received his Doctorate in Public Administration from the State University of New York at Albany. He also has MA in Public Administration and MS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
