Melissa Radin is a Senior Leadership Consultant, Keynote Speaker and Executive Coach. She has over 28 year of experience in all areas of performance, motivation, leadership, selection, retention, and talent management. She has held senior level Human Resource positions in such financial institutions as CitiGroup, ING, and Salomon-SmithBarney. In addition to financial institutions, her career has also taken her through other industries such as such as Weapons, Aircraft, Satellite, Defense, Healthcare, Hospitality, Communications and Entertainment.
Mrs. Radin has run numerous training programs, coaching leaders in performance management, executive presence, and communication skills, just to name a few.
Melissa is also called upon as a keynote speaker on today's Human Capital Challenges.
She has designed and implemented innovative programs to retain talent, reduce turnover, and lower costs. Her Career Mobility program at Salomon-SmithBarney reduced annual recruiting costs by $1.1 mil in its first 6 months. Other well-known financial institutions enjoyed her cross-functional, talent pool, training program, which reduced turnover during adverse economic conditions.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science and a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Labor Relations. Melissa is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
