The Feliciano School of Business Technology Services Department provides the Feliciano School of Business community with the assistance required to facilitate technology in both the classroom and other academic activities. Our customer friendly approach ensures a positive experience and a speedy resolution, providing the end users efficient use of our technological resources and knowledge. We use the BMC Service Desk Express to track help requests and to resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Although we do not regularly provide service to students, we do assist in minor computer related issues, such as connecting to the wireless network or the installation of business related programs (please note that we do not provide students with program installation discs).
The School of Business Technology Services Team is comprised of both full time staff members and student workers who possess strong backgrounds in Information Technology and related computing fields, cumulatively providing years of experience, with the goal of enhance your technology service needs.
