Michele Ansbacher holds a B.A. degree in economics and political science from Montclair State University and her MBA degree in ﬁnance from New York University. She retired from Prudential Financial where she was a corporate vice president in the Eastern Territory of Prudential Advisors.
Prior to her appointment as Eastern Territory vice president, she was vice president, Corporate Compliance, and led the company’s global ethics program as the corporate chief ethics ofﬁcer. Previously, she was vice president of Field Support and also served as Prudential Advisors’ business ethics ofﬁcer. Michele was named among the 2019 Top 25 Entrepreneurs/Intrapreneurs in New Jersey by Leading Women Entrepreneurs (LWE).
Today, she is chair of the advisory board at the Feliciano School of Business and holds the position of Executive-in-Residence. Her involvement with students includes being an adjunct professor and teaching courses on leadership and ethics, guest lecturing, and mentoring.
