Barat Dickman is the Senior Vice President, Sales Operations and Business Transformation at ADP. In this role, he is a member of the senior Sales Leadership Team overseeing ADP’s 9,000 person sales organization and approximately $2B in annual new business bookings.
Prior to this role, Mr. Dickman was Vice President and General Manager, Unified Communications and Collaboration at Westcon-Comstor. In this role, Mr. Dickman oversaw Westcon’s $500M Unified Communications business and has responsibility for product management, engineering, field sales, inside sales, business development, marketing, operations and services.
Prior to this role, Mr. Dickman was Vice President and General Manager, Support Services at Avaya. In that role, Mr. Dickman was responsible for overseeing Avaya’s $1.6 billion support services business. His responsibilities included overseeing the P&L, product management, strategy and analytics, and field enablement, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and partner engagement.
Prior to that, Mr. Dickman was Senior Director, Global Channel Programs and Go-To-Market Strategy at Avaya. He led a team of program managers and strategists who oversaw the award-winning Avaya Connect worldwide channel program. Prior to this role, Mr. Dickman served as Program Manager for the global launch of Avaya’s channel program. He has also served as Director, Operations and Director, Global Offer Strategy and Management at Avaya.
Prior to joining Avaya, Mr. Dickman spent 10 years at Accenture as a systems and strategy consultant within Accenture’s Communications and High Tech industry practice.
Mr. Dickman has an M.B.A from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and B.A. from The University of Michigan.
