Keisha provides professional audit services to several banking, and broker dealer clients in accordance with PCAOB standards, US. GAAP, and specialized accounting policies. Her audit experience includes conducting audits in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC filing, and FDICIA filings.
Keisha has the overall responsibility of planning and coordinating audit work and presenting at audit committee meetings for several large banking and broker dealer clients. Her responsibilities include working with these clients on financial accounting and reporting matters and delivering day-to-day services. In addition to preparing special reports, reviewing financial statements, and recommending
improvements for operational efficiencies and procedures, Keisha also has extensive experience delivering day-to-day services of public companies and reviewing SEC filings, and has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations.
Keisha completed a three year rotation with KPMG LLP’s Department of professional Practice. In her role in the Department, Keisha advised audit engagement teams on accounting and audit matters, and banking guidance.
She also developed and presented firm-wide accounting and audit guidance for KPMG partners, professionals, and clients.
