Dr. Patrali Chatterjee, School of Business Professor in the Marketing Department, was recently quoted in a Fast Company article about the new Amazon Dash button.
The Dash button will allow consumers to impulse-restock items that are typically household products such as paper towels, laundry detergent, disinfectant wipes, etc. Dr. Chatterjee pointed out that not all consumers are loyal to a specific brand.
