Chelsey Watts is the Director of Global Programs & Partnerships at Montclair State University's Feliciano School of Business. Her areas of expertise include university and affiliate partnership management, education abroad (inbound/outbound), J-1 Student advising, student progression and curriculum mapping, faculty engagement, and international program development.<br><br> Previously, Chelsey was the Assistant Director of Global Education for Partnerships & Affiliations at Virginia Tech. Other roles in international education include positions at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and Laureate Online Education International in Amsterdam. <br><br> Chelsey holds a B.S. in Business Administration from High Point University in North Carolina and a M.S. in International and Comparative Education from Stockholm University in Sweden where she conducted research on digital and traditional reading skills and published a comparative study on home based education in the United States and Canada.
