Research

  • Management Practices in the Virtual Organization. This is the basis of my FSP. I am exploring the "best practices" for managing employees in the Virtual organization. My research also deals with the impact of new medical and non-medical virtual technologies on the organization of the health care field. I just published a revised copy of book on how virtual and other technologies are improving health care management and thus helping extend the life span and expand human potential, and how that emerging trend is dramatically changing business and other organizations, the human life cycle, careers, retirement, and human resources management. I am writing another book currently on the impact of technology and other factors on the US and global economy.
